Questions
Before you install
Does Listora connect to my Etsy account?
No. There is no Etsy login or API connection. Listora fills Etsy's own listing editor in your browser, the same way you would, and clicks Save as draft. You review every draft in Shop Manager before publishing.
How does the free test work?
Apply with your shop details. We review every application by hand, usually within a day. Once approved, your account shows your license key and your test allowance: 5 Claude-written listings and 3 mockup sets.
I bought a plan. How do I start?
After you pay you receive a key that looks like LST-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Go to Redeem a key, create your account, and your plan starts right away. Paste the same key into the Listora extension. Already have an account? Redeem it from your account page.
Is automation allowed on Etsy?
Listora works at a normal pace, one product at a time, and never publishes on its own. Still, you are responsible for how your shop is run: follow Etsy's seller policies, and only list products you have the right to sell.
Which stores can it scrape?
Most online stores: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, eBay item and search pages, and any product page with photos. On category pages, the picker finds the main product grid and leaves out recommended and recently viewed items.
Do I need my own Claude or Higgsfield account?
Not on Basic, Pro or Business: the AI is included. On the Own keys plan you paste your Claude API key and log in with Higgsfield, and their charges go to you directly.
What happens when I run out of listings for the month?
Scraping and filling Etsy keep working. Claude writing and mockups pause until your plan renews.
